Q: When will I get my order?
A: Standard orders ship in 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be considered to have been received the following business day.


Q: Can I come to store and order?
A: Unfortunately no, all orders must be placed online. E-mail info@jelligoods.com to schedule a meeting.


Q: I have a group order, do I get a price discount?
A: Yes, if you have a group of 6+ items with the SAME design we offer a group discount!  Contact us and we can help you design and launch your group project!


Q: How do sizes run? Can I come try on?
A: We always suggest ordering up a size. Nobody wants a shirt that is to small!  We do not stock samples to try on, please contact us if you would like to get measurements for a specific item.


Q: What are the care instructions?
A: Wash inside out, hang dry and wear often!


Q: Can I return/exchange?
A: Custom made clothing and accessories are not returnable or exchangeable.  If there is an order mistake on our part, please contact us and we will assist in a remake.


Q: I need my order tomorrow, can I get it that quick?
A: Custom apparel takes time and love. We get all orders done and ready as soon as we can.  We will contact you when the order is ready but cannot rush beyond our set production schedule.

Every item is custom made by hand.  There may be slight variations to color/location.


Availability
New items are always coming in and out of Jelli Goods.  If something you purchase becomes unavailable we will contact you asap.
